Josep Sarlé i Guiu – Founder and President

PhD in Economics from the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona (UAB). Bachelor’s degree and MBA from ESADE. Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the Université de Grenoble. After seven years’ experience in analysis and consultancy at IESE and eight years in management, heading the Hospital of Andorra, he created Fimarge with the aim of offering a standard of financial service hitherto non-existent in Andorra. Drawn by the idea of providing value and service, he built a competent and professional team in his field, respecting human values above economic ones.

Josep Palomera i Carbonell – Managing Director

Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Business Studies from the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona. He has worked in the financial sector for more than 25 years, specialising in management control. Josep joined Fimarge in 1991. Previously he worked as an auditor. He is a member of the Investment Committee and of the Board of Directors.

Guillem Bienert Serraclara – Head of Portfolio Management

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management from the Universitat de Barcelona. He started his career in the financial system more than 20 years ago, with a focus on asset management. In 1996, after having worked in banking industry and asset management, Guillem joined Fimarge as a financial analyst. He gradually took on greater responsibilities, until becoming head of portfolio management at Fimarge. He is a member of the Investment Committee and directly manages a senior portfolio of clients.

Judith Estopiñán Pascual – Head of Financial Advisory

Pablo Gómez-Perretta Chastel – Head of International Wealth Planning Services

Master’s degree in Legal Advice to Companies from Instituto de Empresa; bachelor’s degree in Law from Universidad Carlos III in Madrid, and in European Community Law from the Université de Nice. He is a member of the Lawyers’ Guild of Andorra and co-founder of the Andorran Tax Advisers Association. Pablo joined Fimarge in 2006. As a specialist in international taxation and financial law, he heads the International Wealth Planning Department, where he advises on legal, tax and financial matters in relation to global wealth.

Albert González Rasilla – Head of Information Technology

Microsoft Certified Professional and Master’s degree in Programming. A seasoned professional with more than 20 years’ experience in the IT industry, Albert started his career in the retail sector as a database developer and administrator. From 2000, when he joined Fimarge, he has acquired greater responsibilities, until in 2006 he took over as head of the internal development and systems departments.
